Before getting in touch, check the core eligibility requirements below.
Your child may be eligible if:
They are under 18
They live in the UK
They have a confirmed rare disease
You can provide a supporting letter from their consultant
They have not already received support from us during this calendar year
What you can request
Requests may include equipment, therapy items, mobility or sensory aids, family days out, memory-making experiences, wellbeing support and other practical help connected to the child’s needs.

Email our team with the child’s age, their rare disease and a short description of the support you are seeking. Please do not send medical records until we ask for them.
